Tony was born and raised in Stillwater, MN. He received a B.S. in Professional Aeronautics and Masters in Aeronautical Science at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He is currently a flight engineer with the Airforce (Minneapolis Reserve) which has taken him all over the world. “My love for the industry started with a food stand in Marine on St. Croix and progressed to Sturgis South Dakota going by the name of my late Italian Grandmother “Vincenza’s Pinzadots.”
Jessica’s family arrived in Stillwater in the 1800’s. She was born and raised in Stillwater, living here for 36 years and sharing twenty of those years in the Florida Keys. Jessica’s experience in the hospitality industry includes ownership in numerous bars/nightclubs from Stillwater to Minneapolis to Sturgis, South Dakota. “My love for all animals keeps me active in events and fundraising in hopes that one day animals will have a loving home.”
